Ever since I first captured an egret catching a fish standing only a few feet away from me, I was not only amused but also got hooked to photographing birds. What started as a casual hobby of mine, has grown so much on me, I now strive to capture the beauty of birds as best as possible without causing any disturbance to them. I learn something new every time I go out to photograph the birds. I hope my bird photographs inspire you to appreciate nature and avian wildlife, perhaps encourage even some of you to take on this hobby as well!.
The photographs I share here are all taken in the wild and most of them are from the San Francisco Bay Area. I thank all other nature and bird photographers who have been a great source of inspiration to me.
